Palmetto Home Build Week 4

Wow, we are on week 4 already! Now you can really see the home’s layout! Today, Bruce fills us in on what they are doing for the foundation and how that applies to Florida soil! Who knew you needed different foundations for different soils.

I’m learning so much from my questions to Bruce. Because our homeowners put in so many volunteer hours on our new home builds, they too get to learn how our homes are built. Then before they move in, James gives them an educational walkthrough of their own home. He always has great advice for our first time homebuyers!
