Steve Reinfeldt, Rehab Program Manager, brings us up to date on what’s happening with the latest Critical Home Repair.
Every Critical Home Repair is unique, just like each homeowner is unlike any other. Jan actually moved this house to this lot a number of years ago! She has been maintaining the house and lot ever since. Just recently she required home repairs that were beyond what she could afford. Unfortunately they were critical to the home remaining livable. This is when she contacted Manatee Habitat for help. In conjunction with the City of Bradenton we have been able to step in and save her home of deterioration. When we are finished she can remain living in safe and affordable housing for many years to come!
