Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Jocelyn brings a dynamic blend of experience, leadership, and passion to her role. A proud Army veteran, entrepreneur, and former Realtor, Jocelyn’s career spans both government and civilian sectors. She has a strong background in house flipping, property management, and promotions, which makes her uniquely equipped to lead our construction projects with confidence and creativity.
Jocelyn holds academic credentials in Management, Organizational Leadership, and Project Management from the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College. Her commitment to excellence and service is evident not just in her professional path, but in how she spends her free time. When she’s not on a build site or supporting our mission, you’ll likely find her boating, hiking, or traveling—always seeking the next adventure.
Above all, Jocelyn’s love for people and community service shines through in everything she does. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make in our neighborhoods.
