We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our construction team, Tony! With a breadth of experience and a passion for community building, Tony brings an expansive background to his role as Construction Manager.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Nyack College and a Master in Business Administration from Mercy College. Over the past decade, he has been the Owner-President of Orchard Renovation, overseeing residential and commercial renovations and upgrades at large facilities. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Tony has worked as a property manager and maintenance supervisor at various apartment complexes.
Before diving into the world of construction, he gained valuable experience in the telecom and tech industries, excelling in sales and business development roles. His diverse background also includes a decade as a college adjunct professor, where he taught courses in Marketing, Building Sustainable Organizations, and Leading Project Teams.
Tony’s transformative management style and proven expertise in residential and commercial construction make him a perfect fit for Manatee Habitat.
