We’re delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of Steve Reinfeldt, our former Construction Manager, to the esteemed role of Vice President of Construction here at Manatee County Habitat for Humanity. With over 75 building lots secured and a promising outlook to close on more than 15 homes this year, our construction efforts are set on a trajectory of growth under Steve’s capable leadership.

Reflecting on the journey ahead, Steve shared his excitement, saying, “I am thrilled to lead our construction efforts during this pivotal time of expansion for our affiliate. Habitat’s mission has always been close to my heart, and I’m eager to contribute to our continued success.”

Steve brings with him a wealth of experience, having served as Vice President/Civil Engineer for an international engineering design and consulting firm for an impressive 42 years prior to joining our team. His dedication to

Habitat for Humanity spans over 25 years across multiple affiliates, during which he played pivotal roles including volunteer of the year, Board Member, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Construction Manager, and now VP of Construction! Notably, Steve was also a founding member of a new affiliate in Wisconsin in the early 90s, showcasing his enduring commitment to Habitat’s mission.
