Nicholas grew up around real estate in Northern Virginia, but now he’s putting his skills to work building affordable homes with Manatee Habitat! After starting as a Construction Assistant Apprentice while attending Manatee Technical College, he became a permanent team member upon earning his Building Trade and Construction Technology Certification in June 2025. Nicholas loves working with volunteers and future homeowners, and in his free time, he enjoys sports, furniture painting, and hanging out with friends and family.
