Teresa Mast has broken the stereotypical boundaries by owning and running her own construction company in a male-dominated industry for 26 years. Recently, she has successfully helped create and chairs the Professional Women in Building Council of the Building Industry Association of Manatee Sarasota. Teresa will share her fantastic story of persistence, tolerance, and dedication that she credits for her personal and professional success.

Yesenia Garcia-Lorenzano's story begins with immigrating to the United States from Mexico with her family to work in the seasonal harvest. From a young age, she knew she had to persevere and overcome many barriers to have a better life. She is now a Habitat homeowner and professionally helps families as a Client Service Specialist at STEP UP Suncoast. She is a role model of strength, stability, and self-reliance.
